RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Exchange and Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us, but for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on jewelry or wearable accessories (such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc.).

Once these items have been tried on, they cannot be resold, as hygiene regulations prohibit it.

Furthermore, our products do not require measurements (like clothing or shoes), as they are objects, bags, and accessories that do not involve specific sizes or adjustments.

The right of return does not apply to items selected for hygienic reasons, such as:

• Jewelry and wearable accessories (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc.)

• Personalized items

• Sale or promotional items

• Gift cards

Returns are accepted for objects and bags, provided that:

• They have not been used

• They are in the same condition as received

• They include original tags and packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at 3end.customers@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return.

Returns must be made with tracked shipping, and shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED IF MADE WITHIN AND NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER

N.B. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages or incorrect items

Please check your order upon delivery.

If you notice defects, damage, or receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at 3end.customers@gmail.com.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once the defective or incorrect item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Additional days may be required for your bank or credit institution to process and display the refund.
