Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all tags attached, and it must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at 3end.customers@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the address we will provide via email or to a locker point.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

You can return your items via shipping or at a designated drop-off point.
In case of return via shipping, a fixed handling fee of €4.90 will be applied and deducted from the refund.
Returns are free if made in person at our location (where available).
In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the return will be completely free and at our expense.
For orders shipped outside Italy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and secure shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets the return conditions described in this policy.
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products) if opened. Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Italian Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification.

The cost of return for exercising the right of withdrawal is borne by the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.
In case of approval:
The refund will be issued only if the returned item complies with the conditions stated above. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refunded amount proportionally to the decrease in value of the item.
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been shipped.
